Description
Italian foil with checkered wood grip and painted guard and crossbar. Blade stamped with Solingen" and "W" with a threaded tang to affix the pommel. Pad has a leather front, canvas back, and is padded with horsehair. The black paint on the crossbar, guard, and grip ferrules was likely added to prevent corrosion.
